So many speculations have been going around ever since I released the sneak peek of the my|phone A898 a couple of posts ago. Many have been asking about screen size, battery, processor, etc.

Wonder no more because below are the full specs of the my|phone A898 for everyone to feast on.

Hope this sheds some light and answers a ton of your queries. Pretty good specs if you ask me.

For those asking if this phone has 3G, the answer is YES. “UMTS” is 3G.

For those asking… This is NOT the MyPhone A878. Check the specs of the A898 above and compare it to the specs of the A878. They are different.

      i guess pakana lang… un a818 swap madness dati one day promo pero naulit ng 3 times kaya impossible HINDI, kailangan nila ng benta test nila cguro kung maraming papatol sa new model kaya i suggest tago nyo po un pambili at hope sa 3rd release ay masupdated ng ang specs… pero depende din sa sales nila kung marami… your choice be the first buyer o wait patiently.

      napapalitan. madaming android keyboard sa google play site, pwede ka mamili ng gusto mo ang customizable pa, yung iba libre yung iba me bayad.

    Sir Chuck, question po. Naglabas na ang Myphone ng bagong unit. Kaso a878 ang model and not a898. Would that mean to say na parang “beta” or “trial phone” lang ang a878 at meron lalabas na “enhanced” spec which would appear on the a898? Thanks.

        Alright sir. Thanks for that. I’ll just wait for the a898. It’ll be a nice “what-ever-the-occassion-is” gift to myself. (^^^). . .
        but then again. Maybe next year there will be a better model . . . :) heheh.

    is it really different from a878? kase all of the specs were almost the same..only 3g and internal memory ung difference.. can u please clarify this..

    Hi Chuckie, tutuo ba ito or what you meant was A878? May ini-realese kasi ngayon, and based sa blogs e nakamali daw yung mga nagsabi na A898 ito. Dapat daw A878 ang sinabi. Please clarify. Thank you.

    Sir chuckie, pagpasensyahan niyo na yung iba diyan… ahaha more patience. anyway. any news po ba kung maglalabas sila ng 5in na cp? tsaka meron po bang lalabas pa before a898? para kasing wala pang a888, o kaya a838? meron ba nun? tsaka a848? diba? bago ung may 9? curious lang. baka lang. as always, God bless!     Ang kulit ng ibang tao dito, di makuntento. Basta ako, I’ll try na makahabol sa launching ng a878 sa friday pero kung hindi sana hindi maubusan ng stocks once mag-regular price siya. :-D

    sir chuck tanong lang po kung itong a898 at a878 e orig model ng myphone or rebranded from other companies. kung rebranded po e ano po orig model name nito. curious lang po ^_^

      These are not rebranded China phones. All content and design are made by a Pinoy team. Kaya nga MyPhone is the only local smartphone company that is considered a “Pinoy-Phone”. :)
