I actually had a few questions that I needed answered earlier today. I was worried that maybe Globe’s customer service would also be unavailable during the long holiday. Thankfully, their hotlines are also open on normal operating hours to serve subscribers.
You may call them at (02) 730-1000 (toll-free from any Globe Landline) or 211 (toll-free from your Globe mobile phone).
