The other day, I was in Morong, Bataan, to tape a few episodes for GMA-7‘s new afternoon fantaserye, “Home Sweet Home”.
It was fun and different! How different? Well, as you can see in the picture, I was made up to look like the king of a tribe – complete with tattoos and makeup.
Together with me during that particular taping day were Jake Vargas, Bea Binene, Ricky Davao, Mark Solis, Gerard Madrid, as well as my co-Survivor castaway “katribos”, Maey Bautista and Arthur Solinap.
Hope you watch out for my episodes this coming week.
“Home Sweet Home” airs every weekday right before “24 Oras”.
Had so much fun today during my taping for TV5′s “Jeepney Jackpot”. Was great to be reunited with friends from our old TV variety show, “That’s Entertainment”. Our episode, which actually coincides with the 27th Anniversary of the Edsa Revolution (People Power), airs this Friday (Feb 22) and Monday (Feb 25) at 2:45PM on TV5.
Hope you watch out for it!
Can you name all the “PasaHEROs” (contestants) in the picture which I was with earlier today?
If there’s one thing Kris Aquino is totally known for, it’s for how brutally frank and candid she is when she speaks her mind… and how she, for some, notoriously is when she gets really “off-the-cuff” during conversations.
But personally, I’d take honesty any day of the year – no matter how blunt or painful it may be.
That being said, when Kris Aquino has an opinion about something, you can be damn sure it ain’t bull and that she’ll stand by it come hell or high water. If she realizes a mistake or misjudgement on her part, Kris is equally quick (and not afraid) to admit it.
That is called integrity.
Why am I saying all this, you ask? Because just recently, Kris Aquino has become Globe‘s newest endorser. Yep. Believe it.
I was recently invited to guest on GMA News TV’s early evening television program, “MARS”. The show is hosted by Camille Prats and Suzi Entrata.
I had tons of fun… lots of laughter and kwentuhan. I especially enjoyed the segment wherein I took on the role of “workout trainer” and taught the hosts a few cardio/metabolic accelerator routines which helped me drop my weight from 185lbs to 135lbs (Yes! 50 effin’ pounds! Believe it.)
An image took last Thursday during our taping of GMA-7′s Afternoon Prime telenovela, “Magdalena”. This pic shows me, Dion Ignacio, Bodie Cruz and Ryan Eigenmann doing a scene on the street. Directing us is Ms. Gina Alajar.

My tapings have finally started for GMA-7′s newest afternoon soap entitled, “Magdalena”. It was actually fun since most of the production staff and crew are also part of my old “Daldalita” family.
Did a ton of sequences yesterday… 10 scenes. T’was a blast. Most of my scenes were with newcomer, Dion Ignacio. Pretty cool fellow. Fun to hang around with.
Though I’ve worked with Ms. Gina Alajar in the past, it is actually my first time to have her as my director. It was an awesome experience. She knows how to handle artists very well, being that she’s an actress herself.
MAGDALENA premiered just last Monday and airs weekdays at 4:30pm on GMA-7. Hope you guys watch it. Watch out for my scenes as well! Haha.
