Doing One’s Fair Share

Globe launched the My Fair Share eco-bag in 2012 which supported the livelihood of women communities who produced them. The eco-bags, made from recycled and bio-degradable materials, promoted conscientious consumerism among Globe employees, subscribers, and stakeholders. “My Fair Share eco-bags not only supported fair trade and enriched the lives of marginalized communities, but it also reinforced the advocacy of caring for our environment by using less plastic,” shared Rob I. Nazal, Globe Head for Corporate Social Responsibility.

This year, Globe collaborated with Team Manila Graphic Design Studio on three new My Fair Share eco-bag designs for 2013. Produced by partner Gifts & Graces’ beneficiary communities, the eco-bags supports more communities this year: Kaibhan Women’s Association, Pamana Pag-asa Boni Producers Cooperative and Caritas Manila.

Globe Tattoo Trumps Competitors

It seems that Globe Tattoo has been lording it over its competitors quite consistently and convincingly as well.

According to the latest count, Globe Telecom bared broadband revenues of P2.4 billion for the fourth quarter of last year, bringing total revenues to P8.7 billion – a huge 16 percent increase that accounted for the record-breaking P82.7 billion revenues last year of the Ayala-SingTel telecom combine.

It’s Smarter To Be EMPOWERED – Kris Aquino is Globe’s Newest Endorser!

If there’s one thing Kris Aquino is totally known for, it’s for how brutally frank and candid she is when she speaks her mind… and how she, for some, notoriously is when she gets really “off-the-cuff” during conversations.

But personally, I’d take honesty any day of the year – no matter how blunt or painful it may be.

That being said, when Kris Aquino has an opinion about something, you can be damn sure it ain’t bull and that she’ll stand by it come hell or high water. If she realizes a mistake or misjudgement on her part, Kris is equally quick (and not afraid) to admit it.

That is called integrity.

Why am I saying all this, you ask? Because just recently, Kris Aquino has become Globe‘s newest endorser. Yep. Believe it.

Globe Telecom – Empowering You Very Soon

It’s happening, guys…

All your rants about Globe Telecom’s intermittent and faulty network will be a thing of the past very soon.

How soon, you may be wondering?

Globe announced just recently that its $700-million network modernization program is already more than 50% complete.  They are progressively rolling out ahead of schedule for change-out completion nationwide within the first quarter of 2013.

According to Globe Telecom President and CEO, Ernest Cu, unlike other transformation programs that involve merely upgrades, Globe is building a totally brand-new network… an infrastructure that is future-proof – built to provide higher call quality, pervasive 3G and 4G coverage, and faster mobile internet experience.

Click here to see when your area is scheduled for this major upgrade.

As I’ve said earlier… it’s happening.  You may not like how things are right now.  But sticking it out, in my opinion, is your best option.  It’s gonna be worth the wait.

Would you rather jump ship now and regret switching in the end?  Didn’t think so.

Besides… nothing worthwhile ever comes easy.
